2 Bay Desktop Charger (CH7070X)

The CH7070X is a two-bay desktop charger for use with the full range* of ‘N’ series smart batteries from Inspired Energy. As a smart charger, the CH7070X communicates with any compatible battery to determine the correct charging voltage (mV) and charging current (mA). This advanced charging method delivers the safest and most efficient charging technique as the battery remains in control of the charging process, allowing smart batteries of different voltages, capacities, and chemistries to be charged with a single charger.

Compatibility The CH7070X will charge any* Inspired Energy smart battery whose part number starts with a letter ‘N’ – this includes the following models: NB2037, NC2040, NC2560, ND2034, ND2037, ND2053, ND2054, ND2057, ND3054, NF2030, NF2040, NF2047, NH2034, NH2054, NH2057, NI1030, NI2020, NI2040, NI3020, NI3040, NJ1020, NL2020, NL2024, NL2044, NL2050 and NL2054. *The CH7070X will NOT charge the NB4037, NC4040, ND4054 or NE4068 batteries. For these, please select CH7171X. Power The CH7070X is supplied with a 60W desktop power supply that accepts 90-260VAC and outputs 24VDC to the charger via a barrel connector. Note that no AC power cord is supplied with the CH7070X - these must be ordered separately according to location. In addition, the CH7070X is supplied with a lead which has a cigarette plug at one end and a 2.5mm barrel connector at the other allowing the charger to be powered from the 12V supply in a vehicle. The CH7070X includes step-up technology which boosts the 12V supply, allowing it to charge any N series battery. Calibration Function The CH7070X does not include a battery calibration function.
