If you have a problem with one of our products…

In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with one of our products please contact our customer services department to discuss the issue.

If our customer services or technical staff are unable to diagnose the problem over the telephone or by email then you may be asked to return the product to us for analysis. You will be asked to complete a returns form and you will be allocated a unique returns number for tracking purposes. Please do not return products to us without a returns number as we will be unable to track your product without one.

Unwanted goods

If you receive your order and decide you do not wish to keep it, you must advise Accutronics within 14 days of receipt, that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the order to us. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost in returning your order, and we recommend you use a shipping method with proof of delivery. To return unwanted goods the following conditions apply:

  • All returned items must be in the same condition they were when received; in the original sealed unopened boxes or packs.
  • When we receive your returned order, we will quickly inspect it and issue a refund promptly.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives containing faulty or damaged items, please inform us within 30 days of receipt and return the items for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the cost of shipping in returning your faulty item to us.

Your statutory rights are not limited by Accutronics returns policy.
