ACCUTRONICS and our parent company, ULTRALIFE, have a long-standing history of serving military applications, which is why our off-the-shelf non-rechargeable battery packs have been built with government and defense in mind.
However, ACCUTRONICS can also manufacture custom primary packs to serve other markets where power failure is not an option.
A diverse range of battery packs (and cells) to help you on the front line
Operating temperatures vary between cells and packs in this range, but options are available to accommodate low temperature requirements down to -40°C and high temperatures of up to +72°C (see individual product datasheets).
Most cells use hermetically sealed nickel plated steel cans to maximize safety.
Some cells and packs contain CDD indication displays that show when it is time for disposal.
Most cells and packs require an ECCN 3A611.x export license before they can be exported from the U.S. (contact us for details).
Combine cells into custom packs to get the attributes you need
Connecting cells in packs can boost voltage or capacity, as well as helping you get the energy density you need.
Choose from Lithium Manganese Dioxide, Lithium Thionyl Chloride or ULTRALIFE’s hybrid Lithium Carbon Monofluoride Manganese Dioxide chemistry cells; each of which have different self-discharge rates and operating temperate ranges.
All cells and battery packs can be protected against reasonable foreseeable misuse and are tested to performance, safety and transportation standards.
